Martina's Yemeni Baskets
have been
handmade by the women of Yemen since ancient times.
They are created from different kinds of palm
leaves, which are colored through a dyeing process
in which the leaves are immersed in boiled water.
Then the dyes are added.
Variations in sizes
& weave are part of the beauty of the product.
